⚡ Industrial Electrical Installation for Robot Welders in Petersfield
Something a little different from our domestic work.
Wessex Electrical Services Ltd recently completed a substantial industrial electrical installation at a factory in Petersfield to provide power for two new robot welders and a 110V transformer.
The project included a new 160A three-phase supply, approximately 45 metres of 50mm² five-core SWA, new distribution equipment, local isolation, metal-clad 230V sockets and 32A three-phase outlets.
We also built a dedicated Unistrut frame to support the new electrical distribution equipment.
Because the work involved a major electrical shutdown, the installation was carefully planned around the factory's production schedule, with the final connections completed over the weekend to minimise disruption.
Once everything was installed, the new circuits were fully inspected, tested and certified ready for the machinery to be brought into service.
Wessex Electrical Services Ltd carries out commercial and industrial electrical work across Petersfield, Alton and the surrounding area, including three-phase supplies, machinery connections and distribution upgrades.
